Reg C and Reg A+ Filings - BudTrader.com ?

During Jobs Act, Obama now allows companies to list and solicit to the general public to raise money. The good news is average joes can invest in PreIPOs. The bad news is Average Joe is generally dumb. I see StartEngine , FlashFunders and Equifund. Anybody invested in one of these?

I notice budtrader dot come is doing an IPO starting now. 16M valuation. I'll be tracking to see what price they go public at.

I've read about the REG C's. The vision is nice where the average goes can invest in IPOs but the fact there is no pushback from sophisticated bankers or investors allows these guys to get their valuation. With that said, a $16M valuation of budtrader dot com ain't bad. I love NDVN though. 50 cents today. Check back in 120 days. $4M went into NDVN from powerful fund/group at 37.5 cents per share so...
